Entrepreneurial Seduction

I was asked if a definition of myself that I would say: I am loving what I do. I like to listen and put myself in the shoes of others, I like to help achieve dreams where I can, I like to learn, investigate, question, change, and when I fail, I like to share with other friends expert knowledge in order to can better help my clients. In short, I like to be useful and how not to win it and make me win friends and clients.

A few days ago, it took me a little that was going round his head: “fault” that the client had asked me a capacity to persuade your sales team to sell entertainment, leisure, luxury and comfort.

Selling is something we all should do every day, almost every time: our spouses, our children, our boss, our team, our staff, our distributors, with customers, with friends, with …

By putting in place of my “client” discovered that there is something vital in the interior of all persons: namely the ability to properly convey what we like, that gives us satisfaction and we want to really appreciate that.

Surely all readers of this article during his life have sold something to someone, by the mere pleasure of recommending something like a movie, the CD of a singer, a car or a certain product. Our friends heard the praise we did it a few days and bought it themselves.

I remember that I taught this principle for 70 years in a sales course, but … Am I able to sell convincing? Am I able to motivate, illusions of move? And turning this concept I realized I was facing a new challenge:

Seduction EMPRESARIAL

Talk about everything and listen, to learn what others want
Use your eyes and nonverbal language
Not overwhelmed, give them time to think
Control your self and do not want to run more than the account
Seeks to know the other and respectable
Make offers that they cannot refuse
Beware any card in the sleeve
Breaks the rhythm
Be patient and be aware
Be realistic, do not offer impossible
Etc.

Is attracted to seduce you, while thinking of others. I’ll give an example:

Imagine that we are responsible for the decoration of a number of franchised stores, is about an important date (Mother’s Day, for example) and you have to decorate all the stores for this occasion: I want the best and the best showcases interior design for this event ended on X and this is my goal.

From these bases we create the basic lines of interior and exterior decoration, we can make some drawings of them and predict their cost based on materials (seduce suppliers).

We know what to do and how we must now test our ability to charm all the decorations of the capitals where you have to decorate the store.

Communication is the key and this communication should convey a message that recipients should be able to feel with all its purity.. Not everyone will understand perfectly the first time. A College Degree is Nearly a Necessity

Your education is the single greatest gift you can give yourself. While there are educational opportunities all around us, some of them come at a greater cost than others. A college education might require a hefty investment of time and money upfront but the pay off is much better over time than if you used your life experiences in order to achieve the same level of education that you can pack into 2, 4, or 5 years of an undergraduate education on the college level.
