‘SEO’ stands for ‘Search Engine Optimizer‘ ( ‘Search Engine Optimizer’). This is a person or a company that ensures that a website appearing in the top position within search results in relation to a series of words or terms.

The ‘SEO’ need not necessarily be the responsibility of the webmaster or the website, but the latter can hire their services. There are an increasing number of companies that have specialized in search engine positioning, and provide assistance to other websites.
